Oh, General Monroe. I overlook so many things, like the fact you have a weird 1920s men-only army (despite the fact you train women for the militia) and you aren’t really very good at your job and you spend all your resources of having your men locate ice and carve them into perfect squares.
I overlook it because you’re so fun with your evil and the fact I keep hoping you’ll fact-slap Charlie out of her irritating ‘people aren’t like that’ rubbish*. Still, do you have to push me? Do you have - the one time you bring your big guns out - give them to people who couldn’t hit the broad side of a slow moving barn?
*I know the militia is evil - ridiculously so - but it was also clearly necessary. That’s the interesting kink in the narrative for me and one that the show keeps missing.
